For those that don't know, Camp Lynda is an underground training camp organized by endurance racing genius, Lynda Wallenfels. The camp is a 3 day chance to log in big miles with some extremely strong riders (solo endurance 24hr rider Josh Tostado, for example). For us, it was a chance for a short weekend road trip to ride some amazing trails, check in with Lynda and Cimarron Chacon (race director of the True Grit), and pre-ride the True Grit course.
The weekend is self supported; you bring what you need and ride your own pace. Each rider is responsible for knowing the routes, but we were lucky enough to have a couple of locals lead us through the routes (thanks Brad and Heather).
We'll be back to St. George for the True Grit in just a few weeks.
Rain. We decided to pack up and head back to SoCal.
